It is digested slowly, abundant in the necessary fiber and protein.

By combining different foods from it, you can prepare a super rich meal with the necessary nutrients.

With a little research and experimentation, you can find the perfect ingredients that, in combination with porridge, will give irresistible flavors.

We have prepared just one recipe for you oatmeal for gourmets.

Ingredients for one person:

  • rice milk 200 ml oatmeal 50 g kiwi

  • oatmeal 50 g

  • kiwi, banana, pomegrande

  • goji, cocoa beans, cinnamon

  • honey, homemade Nutella, almond butter

Preparation:

Boil rice milk with oatmeal.

Step away from the stove, sweeten with honey, add fruit, superfood and more as desired.

Finally you can sprinkle with nuts.

Enjoy fine and healthy porridge!
